•    Modernised a Garden Centre Business - In 5 years profit increased from £72k to £4.6m and won Marketing Society ‘Best Customer Relationship Marketing’ Award 2013.

 

•    A purpose driven leader - 95% of Co-op colleagues trained as dementia friends. Won Alzheimer’s Society’s Business of the Year 2016. Made HRH Prince Charles’ Ambassador for Responsible Business in the East of England.
